Here is an opportunity for you to “Stand with Korah” through becoming a sponsor to one of these families or children who are currently awaiting sponsorship. FAMILY SPONSORSHIP

We currently have two families waiting to be sponsored. Each of these are young single mothers with two children. In both cases when we first met them, extreme poverty had forced these mothers to sleep out on the street with their children when they had nowhere else to stay. In the face of daily hardship, these young mothers worked tirelessly to provide their children with just 1-2 meals per day. For one of these mothers who has never had



access to an education, her only source of income had been through begging and scavenging at the trash dump, gathering scraps of metal and plastic to sell for next to nothing. Since meeting these families, Hope for Korah has already been coming alongside them in a number of ways to help support and stabilize them while waiting to match them with a sponsor.

Child sponsorship provides access to education through covering school tuition, uniform & supplies, and offering after school tutoring Monday – Friday. Additionally, through sponsorship, children are able to thrive through the provision of basic medical care, participation in the Berta Breakfast program, and inclusion in community through HFK youth programs which offer mentorship and organized recreation.

Each of these children attend local schools and are living with family in the Korah community. For just $35 per month, you can provide a child with education and hope for their future.
