HOPE FOR KORAH NIGHT - With Our Partners & Special Guests from Ethiopia

BERHANU & EMILY ARE COMING TO ABBOTSFORD!

Berhanu Tenker grew up in extreme poverty, surviving at the garbage dump in Korah and he is now the Family Sponsorship & Health Coordinator overseeing the Hope for Korah programs in Ethiopia. His wife Emily has been serving in Korah as a nurse for two years.

They both have been instrumental in caring for the children and families we serve – many whom have been widowed or orphaned and suffer from accidents or diseases such HIV/AIDS and leprosy. Please come out to meet them and hear their personal stories as they share how God is working in this destitute urban slum in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Mark it on your calendar!

Thursday August 8th, 7 p.m.

New Life Church
35270 DeLair Road
Abbotsford, B.C.

ABOVE PHOTO:  Tamo invited Berhanu and Emily into her home as honored guests, in celebration of the one year anniversary of when Emily began treating her young son's severely burned foot. Their love, dedication and intervention not only saved Dawit’s foot, but changed her family's life! They are now part of the Hope for Korah Family Sponsorship Program.
