A Mother's Heart

HAVE A RICE DAY TODAY! Join us, where ever you are, for a simple bowl of rice  and read "A Mother's Heart" story.   Today is International Family Day and Hunger Response International is featuring the following article on a Korah family's struggle with poverty and how their life is changing.   We can make a difference as we pause together and think about the billion people in this world who are malnourished and hungry because of poverty. You can also download a pdf copy of this article at Hunger Response International (HRI) website.  HRI is also accepting donations and 100% of what they receive will be used towards helping a Korah family.

You Are Invited to Dinner With a Family From Korah

You can host a VIRTUAL DINNER PARTY with a family from Korah!  We are excited to announce that Hunger Response International is partnering with Hope for Korah on this Mother’s Day  (Sunday May 13th) and International Family Day (Tuesday, May 15 th ), raising awareness and support for families living in Korah.   Your virtual guests will be one of our Hope for Korah families!   As you read their compelling story called ‘A Mother’s Heart’ while you eat your bowls of rice, your family will experience a deeper appreciation for what they have and will understand how we can be part of transforming lives around the world for some of the poorest of the poor!    This is an experience you’ll be glad to give your family.  For details go to the  Hunger Response International link   "Have a Rice Day on International Day of the Family"
